Our employees are entitled to two weeks of paid vacation after fulfilling 1800 billable hours of employment. ALTUS encourages every employee to utilize their paid vacation. Once they take a break from challenging workloads and schedules, they come back to work refreshed and revitalized, to tackle their tasks with renewed energy and creativity.

Relocation Assistance

To ease the strain of transition, Altus provides relocation assistance to employees relocating from another place and to new appointees. From providing tips on travel, renting a home or finding transit accommodation, to advice on finding schools for children or moving furniture, ALTUS is committed to providing our employees the best relocation assistance possible. We will evaluate the relocation needs of the employee for each situation and will assist accordingly.
